Dr Zain Reddiar is a seasoned HR Executive Professional, armed with a multi-geographical experience and exposure.  A transformation expert with a proven track record, Dr Reddiar’s strategic mindset makes his profile quite a rare find. He is also an innovative individual with a strong sense of commercial and entrepreneurial flair.

Zain is also a multilingual, culturally sensitive individual who informs strategy superior business performance. Throughout his vast experiences, he has dealt with government officials, company boards, C-Suite executives and senior stakeholders alike.

Moreover, Zain is a respected transformational leader and is renowned for his success in managing change in very difficult markets and under very constrained circumstances. His ability to manage and guide transitions has earned him numerous accolades.

Zain has collaborated with global experts and thought leaders towards building sustainable organisations and has helped in developing a leadership that will catapult these businesses into the future.

Zain holds a Doctorate in Management of Innovation and Technology from The Da Vinci Institute and is a registered professional with the South African Board of People Practices, The Institute of People Management and the American Certification Institute.
